1. No make-up week. You could go to my other section to make up.
   (If you missed any lab, you must make up within the week you missed.)
2. Arrive and finish each lab on time.
   You might lose 0.5 points if you cannot turn in your lab notebook on time.
3. Please read first three pages of the manual.

Grading Policy: (adapted from TA notes)

Each lab is normally graded out of a total of 10 points.

I will take 0.5 points off, if you make any error such as,
missing or incorrect units,
incorrect use of significant figures,
math errors or incorrect use of formula,
missing important conclusions,
missing questions.

Your final grade will be done by the professor on a curve basis within each section.

In 2LA, a typical final grade distribution is
A : 25%
B : 35%
C : 35%
D or F :5%.
As students learn more about lab procedures, the scores will increase.

For 2LB and 2LC, most students will get either A or B grades.

(I may show you the distribution right after each lab so that you can avoid being behind the class.)
